To make your dental care more accessible, we offer Zip Money as a convenient and flexible payment option. Below are some frequently asked questions to help you understand how Zip Money works and how it can benefit you.

- You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- You must be employed in some capacity.
- The minimum cost of dental treatment required is $1,000.
- Up to 12 months interest-free on each invoice from your health provider.
- No deposit is required; apply for an account that covers the full cost of treatment.
- The virtual account can be used for future out-of-pocket costs.
- No deposit is required.
- A one-off establishment fee may apply and is added to your interest-free balance.
- After the interest-free period, interest will accrue at the standard annual percentage rate.
- A small monthly admin fee of $4.95 applies for months you have a balance owing.
- Zip Money is a loan and must be paid back to avoid affecting your credit rating.
- Interest will start to accrue after the interest-free period.
- You can manage your payments and view your balance in your digital wallet at any time.
