Appointment Cancellations
If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, if you do not notify us, or if you fail to attend an appointment within 48 hours, a fee of $100 will be charged.
For your convenience, we ensure that we are prompt and prepared for each and every dental appointment we make with our patients. To do this, we must schedule a dentist and support staff, prepare equipment and materials, and ensure that a treatment room is free and clear for the time of the appointment. Hence, if we do not receive adequate notice for an appointment cancellation, it results in wasted time, preparation, and materials we had reserved for your appointment. Additionally, the time we block off for you can be used by someone else on our list waiting to see one of our dentists.
